This layer cake is a combination of light delicious carrot cake and a tangy cream cheese frosting. Chopped pecans are mixed with the frosting to cover the sides of the cake. The cake is a rectangular shape of 8 by 6 inches and four layers. Also available as a two layer sheet cake. Ask us about the sheet cake option.
